Yes. You can easily park up to five cars inside - two in the car park and two by our garage area, one in between. More if necessary. No parking charges apply.

We will do guests’ simple laundry on request at their risk for $45 per machine load, returned dried and folded. Water supply and wastewater treatment system requirements limit the volume of washing over our normal daily loadings. We reserve the right to adjust this fee and limit the service without notice.

Except if you book the property on an Exclusive/Private Use basis, Marino Ridge is not a suitable property for children younger than 16 years.
Marino Ridge was not designed or intended for visiting children.
In the Private Use case all responsibility for the behaviour and safety of children of any age and any direct, indirect or consequential damages to themselves or to our own or neighbouring properties that may arise from their actions or inactions of any nature whatsoever lies solely with the principal guest and Marino Ridge disclaims all and any responsibility for their safety or behaviour.

Much as we know the love of our animal friends, sadly your pets are not permitted.
